You can use online review platforms such as Feefo to see what existing customers are saying. A report from Bright Local found that 88% of people trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations, showing they can be really handy!

Feefo is a fantastic resource for online reviews. The platform is designed to “help the world make better decisions,” by giving customers the tools they need to express their opinions about what they buy. It allows users to award products and services a star rating out of five, giving you a quick overview if you’re pressed for time, as well as write full reviews, so you can read more in-depth opinions.

We made the cut based on the fantastic reviews posted by our customers on Feefo. Quingo Scooters has an incredible 4.9 out of 5 customer service star rating, and a 4.8 out of 5 star product rating. If you look on the ‘Quingo Scooters reviews’ page on the platform, you’ll soon see why we were handed the Gold Trusted Service Award 2017.

“The staff really do believe in customer care”

Over on our Feefo page, Mr Brett left us a greatly detailed review of his experience with Quingo from start to finish!

“I am very pleased with my Toura 2 overall. The service I expected and received was excellent, from first contact to today. The sales people were professional, truthful, and very knowledgeable of the product. The people backing the sales department, who take care of customers have been in touch checking how I feel about the Toura 2 after a few weeks of using on a daily basis. I am convinced that the staff in this company really do believe in customer care and the excellence of their products. I have a partial paralasys on my left side which causes me to find the steering a little heavier in some situations than I would like, as a result Quingo are sending out an engineer to see if he can improve this problem, which is peculiar to me, not a fault with the scooter! This is service which is outstanding, after all the problem is me not the company.

I have had my Toura 2 for a few weeks now and love it. The comfort, the engineering, the look, the speed, the range. All of these things have impressed me. I have done 25 miles on one return trip getting home with just over half of the battery strength left. that`s a lot better than my Pride Executive has ever done! The comfort was achieved by various adjustments carried out with me sitting on the scooter during the delivery, which was on date and during the hours agreed. The high quality engineering became obvious during trial previous to purchase and even more so during daily use. The speed is maintained at maximum even going up on ramps to bridges over roads and railways, which can be quite steep. Going down these same ramps speed was automatically controlled at below 10 mph. The cost of my Toura 2 was roughly £1000 more than my last scooter`s RRP. This will easily be recovered by the extra length of it`s lifespan and peace of mind due to projected service quality of the company and its products. I am happy to recommend this company and it`s product to anyone looking for high quality equipment.”

The classic is a very good looking product, good stability and comfortable ride. The extra wheels in the front are a boon for uneven pavements, dropdown and standard kerbs keeping the vehicle stable and making the driver feel safe. Steering superb. Can turn in an extremely small circle, very useful. Driving in a village where pavements are narrow, the Quingo’s 25” inch width makes driving and parking easier.”

Air

“Very good information, verbal and written prior to purchase. The visit by the sales advisor was very informative, not at all pressurised and we had the chance to try before making any decisions to purchase – this is what drew us to Quingo. Excellent service and delivery was within 5 days once the purchase had been made. Various options for finance were available. The delivery person also offered excellent advice, made sure everything was in order and to our full satisfaction before the handover.

The Air is very versatile, does exactly what I need it to do, mounts low kerbs with ease and feels extremely stable. I use it to go for daily walks with my partner and our dogs. Prior to getting my Quingo Air I was becoming housebound, it gets lots of comments when I’m out and about with it.”
