Keeping your Quingo in optimum condition
Whilst your Quingo is designed for minimum maintenance, it’s still essential that a qualified engineer services the scooter at least once a year. You should make sure that the engineer fills in the handbook on completion for all the servicing that has been carried out on your Quingo.
If your scooter breaks down, please don’t ask a 3rd party – be it a dealer, a friend or a garage – to fix the issue. It’s important to phone the Service Department immediately since failure to do so will result in your warranty being invalidated.
Should problems arise, it’s our priority to resolve your issue as quickly and constructively as possible.
You should keep all receipts for servicing and repairs along with your Quingo’s handbook as this may add value if or when you decide to sell your scooter.
Things to bear in mind when phoning the Service Department
When you ring up the Service Department there are a few things it pays to bear in mind. Here’s a quick checklist:

Under normal circumstances a yearly service is adequate. If your Quingo uses a lot of mileage and you frequently travel long distances, we’d recommend getting your scooter serviced twice a year, although this is optional.
